Lian Brothers Builder Corp. (LBBC) is a builder and developer company who started its first projects in consortium with the expertise of  Construction Industry Leader "China State Philippines Construction Corporation".



Lian brothers launched the "eco-series" townhomes last 2010 and has completed three projects namely Parklane Villas, and Parkhomes and Parkview Homes which are all located at the East Fairview, Quezon City near the La Mesa Dam Watershed eco-park prjects..
